Flag Mix privacy policy

Effective October 10, 2026. Flag Mix is a color-memory game published by Ar Games Mobile. Contact argamemobile@gmail.com about privacy or your data.

Playing locally

Practice runs, past puzzles, friend challenges, your local journal, in-progress games and preferences are stored and scored on your device. They are not sent to our game server merely by playing these local modes.

Daily puzzles and public scores

Daily play creates a random installation identifier and a secret device credential. Our server stores the identifier, daily sessions, submitted color proportions, round and total scores, puzzle date/difficulty, completion time and your leaderboard alias. You do not provide an email address or password. Your daily score and alias appear publicly on the daily leaderboard. A custom alias is optional; a generated Mixer alias is used when you leave it blank. Avoid using your real name or other personal information in an alias.

Optional Google Firebase Analytics

Analytics starts off. If you allow it, Firebase records screens, game modes, round scores, completed games, sessions, device/app details and a random app or browser identifier. Google may derive approximate location from your IP address. Browser analytics may store cookies or local identifiers. We do not send your leaderboard alias, game installation/account identifier, secret credential, guesses, challenge link or precise location to Firebase.

For Firebase Analytics, advertising identifiers, Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Flag Mix has no in-app purchases. Learn more about Google Firebase data handling.

Hosting and support

Cloudflare hosts the game and its server database. Hosting systems process network information, such as IP addresses, to deliver requests and protect the service from abuse. If you email support, we use the information you choose to send to respond and resolve your request. Do not send secret device credentials.

Mobile advertising and tracking choices

The iOS and Android apps may show an occasional Google AdMob interstitial after a completed game when our service enables advertising. Results and sharing remain available; ads do not run during a round. The browser game does not use AdMob. Google may process IP-derived approximate location, advertising and app/device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and crash, performance and other diagnostic data for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. We do not send your leaderboard alias, game server identifier, credential or guesses to AdMob.

Google’s consent flow runs before advertising. On iOS, the operating system’s tracking permission controls access to the advertising identifier and is requested separately from optional Firebase Analytics, including when our remote ad switch is off. Denied, restricted or unavailable permissions never prevent gameplay. We request non-personalized ads; this does not mean no data is collected. Open Settings → Advertising choices to review Google privacy options or retry an unavailable consent check; use iOS tracking settings to review the operating-system choice. No ad request is made before Google permits requests and the iOS tracking status is resolved. Read Google’s privacy policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures.

Your choices and deletion

Change Usage analytics in Settings at any time. Turning it off stops future collection and does not erase data previously sent to Google. Settings → Privacy & credits → Delete my data removes this device’s local journal/preferences and its game server identity, sessions and daily scores; it also turns analytics off. The game-data deletion action does not reset Google advertising consent or automatically erase historical Google Analytics or AdMob records. Review advertising choices separately and mention these services if you request deletion help. If you cannot access the app, request help with deletion.

Retention and security

Game server records remain until you delete them. Firebase data follows the Analytics property’s configured retention; Google advertising data follows Google’s processing and retention practices. Requests to our production game server and Google services use encrypted connections. We do not sell game server records. Cloudflare operates our backend; Google provides optional analytics and mobile advertising, with separate privacy choices.

Data sources and credits

Flag artwork is from hampusborgos/country-flags, sourced from Wikimedia Commons. The project's source notes describe the flag designs as public domain and note that some uses of national flags may be restricted by other rules.

The World Bank: Country API country metadata: World Bank Country API, retrieved October 9, 2026. Flag Mix uses region, capital and capital-coordinate metadata for geographic hints.

We selected 62 country records and formatted them as hints. We translated region hints into Turkish, retained source capital spellings, and used the source capital coordinates when a region or capital hint would reveal the country's name. Country display names are separate platform-derived English and Turkish names.

World Bank datasets are generally provided under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International, subject to the World Bank dataset terms and any source-specific exceptions. See the Country API documentation. This use does not imply endorsement by the World Bank or its data providers.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
