What to include

Tell us your device/operating system, app version, puzzle date and difficulty, and what happened. For a leaderboard issue, include the public alias and score. Please do not send passwords or secret device credentials. Attachments are optional.

How to play

Mix the colors and area proportions of five national flags. Easy shows the country and colors; Medium shows hints and colors; Hard shows the country and asks you to choose the palette first. Each round scores up to 100, for a total of 500.

Daily puzzles and internet access

Daily puzzles refresh at midnight UTC. Internet access is needed to start/sync daily sessions and read leaderboards. Practice, past puzzles and friend challenges are scored locally.

Report an inappropriate alias

Email the public alias, puzzle date and difficulty so we can investigate. There is no direct player messaging or chat in Flag Mix.

Analytics, advertising and deletion

Open Settings to change Usage analytics. In the mobile app, Advertising choices opens Google privacy options or retries an unavailable consent check; iOS tracking settings opens the operating-system permission setting. Declining tracking does not affect gameplay. Open Privacy & credits and use Delete my data to remove your local journal and game server data.
